KUVAR – CHEF DE PARTIE
Vaše obaveze:
• Priprema svakodnevnih obroka kao što su doručak,ručak,večera, užina za posadu i goste u skladu sa priručnikom glavnog kuvara i jelovnikom
• Pravilno rukovodjenje svim proizvodima i opremom u kuhinji
• Rad u saglasnosti sa HACCP pravilima
• Isporučivanje svake porcije na vreme u skladu sa menijem
• Učešće u utovaru i raspoređivanju namirnica
• Pravilno upravljanje zalihama
• Aktivno učešće u programima obuke na brodu
• Učešće u unosu i iznosu prtljaga prilikom ukrcaja i iskrcaja gostiju
Vaš profil:
• Profesionalno iskustvo na sličnim ili istim pozicijama
• Iskustvo na brodu i u inostranstvu je prednost
• Odlično poznavanje Engleskog jezika
• Fleksibilnost i otpornost na stres, timski igrač,pozitivna ličnost, posvećenost poslu, uredan izgled
• Nadređeni – Sous Chef i Executive Chef
• Dajete instrukcije – Commis de cuisine
