NAME, HEADQUARTERS, AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ORGANIZER OF THE CONTEST

The organizer of the Photo Contest is FERON d.o.o., Kneza Milosa 28, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser).

NAME AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The photo contest is organized under the name: „The spirit of river experience“ (hereinafter: Contest), to promote life and work on a boat.

PLACE OF ORGANIZING THE COMPETITION

The competition is organized on the territory of the Europe and the Western Balkans.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST

Applications are open from 17.10.2022 for a 15 days period. After that, the jury will select 12 finalists within 5 days. From the moment of posting the pictures of the finalists on Feron’s Instagram profile, voting will last for 10 days, after which the winner will be announced.

CONDITIONS AND DESCRIPTION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

Individuals over the age of 18 who have an activated Instagram account can participate in the contest (hereinafter: Participants).

Employees of the Organizer, employees of organizations that participate in organizing the competition, and their immediate family members (parents, spouses, children), up to the third generation, are not eligible to compete.

To participate in the Contest, the user applies by submitting photo content (hereinafter: proposal) on his personal Instagram profile, where the profile must be „open“, i.e. public.

The data is the property of the participant and is published by the participant on a personal Instagram profile that is publicly available.

Photos must be original, without interventions in the form of editing or graphic processing, which change the composition and elements. No photo processing is allowed, other than basic digital processing such as normal color/contrast correction.

The shortlisted entries for the contest are also shown on the organizer’s Instagram page.

By participating in this Contest, the participant fully agrees with all the rules from this document. If a winner is found to be ineligible to participate or has not complied with these official rules, they forfeit their right to the prize and another winner will be selected.

At the beginning of the contest, the user will be informed of the rules of the contest, and the name and surname used by the user for his Instagram user account must be the same as the name and surname of the user from his ID card for identification when claiming the prize.

The organizer reserves the exclusive right to check and from further participation, i.e. of the contest excludes any participant who cannot, at the moment when he is asked to do so, confirm his personal agreement with all the articles of this Rulebook. The Organizer reserves the exclusive right to exclude from further participation any Participant, whom it determines has misused the competition in any way, who tried to reach the number of „votes“ by attempting to defraud during the contest, as well as the Participant who has inaccurate information such as first and last name for your Instagram user profile.

A participant who is in an „unfair“ way, using fake Instagram accounts, various technical means: viruses, java scripts, Trojan horses, worms, time and logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or other materials that are designed to affect in various ways the operation of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment, or that affect the interception or retrieval of any data or personal information, attempted or won points and thereby attempted to gain an advantage over other competitors, as determined by the Organizer (in its absolute discretion), will be disqualified from participation and his profile will be canceled (become invalid), and the competitor will not be able to participate in the Contest again.

DETAILED MECHANISM OF THE PHOTO CONTEST AND AWARDS

On the website https://jobs-feron.com/, the user gets acquainted with the photo contest that takes place on Instagram. By placing photo content on a personal Instagram profile, it will be considered that the user has applied for participation in the contest and accepts the rules of the contest.

Step 1:

Follow @feron.employment on Instagram

Post a photo on your profile and tag @feron.employment

Add the following text to the image description:

Step 2:

The Feron jury will select the most beautiful and interesting photos and post them on the Instagram profile of the Feron agency as photos that entered the second round of the competition.

The finalists will be those participants who stand out for their creativity, but the level of interaction regarding the photo will be considered as well.

Step 3:

Followers of Feron Agency’s Instagram profile, within ten days after posting, will have the opportunity to like the photos they like the most, and the photo with the most likes will be announced as a winner photo.

IMPORTANT: In order for your vote to count, you need to follow @feron.employment

Only those profile likes who followed the feron profile will be valid.

If the profile is private, the proposal won’t be viewable and won’t be entered into the competition.

The Feron jury will select the most beautiful photos (those shortlisted) in a period of 10 days after the end of the photo contest, and then the photos that have passed to the finals will be published on the official Instagram page of Feron, where visitors will be able to view them and vote for the winner.

Only people who are followers of the Feron Instagram profile can like the photos, otherwise, the image will be disqualified.

The photo with the most likes from those that entered the final selection on Feron’s Instagram page will be declared the winner of the contest.

AWARDING METHOD FOR PRIZES

The contest winner will get a gift from the organizer worth a total of 1000 euros.

The prize is awarded by a jury, and the jury consists of the Feron company team. Sending a large number of photos by one participant does not increase the chance of winning a gift.

The user can post an unlimited number of different photos. The most interesting proposals are chosen by the jury, and the finalists will be those participants who stand out with their creativity, but the level of interaction the photo has (likes, comments, and shares of the work itself) will also be taken into account.

The method of awarding the gift will be agreed upon directly with the winner.

PARTICIPANTS/AGREEMENT TO PHOTO CONTEST RULES

Participants participating in the Contest are not entitled to claim different prizes or prizes in larger amounts than those specified in these Rules.

By participating in this Contest, participants accept these Rules in their entirety.

By participating in the photo contest, it is understood that the participant has made the following statement:

„I give my consent and authorize the Organizer of the photo contest to use my suggestions and data in them.“ : image, material, and Link to Instagram profile are used for the realization of the contest „The spirit of river experience“, company Feron d.o.o., Kneza Milosa 28, 11000 Belgrade.

COPYRIGHT AND USE OF OBTAINED INFORMATION

By participating in the Contest, the participant will be considered to have automatically made the following statement:

1. The copyrighted works I submitted for consideration in the Competition are my sole property, and they are exempt from any rights, pretenses, and claims of third parties.
2. I hereby consent that all copyrights contained in any materials, including but not limited to photographs, ideas, inventions, and concepts, submitted to the Organizer during the Contest online or in any other way, are transferred to the Organizer and I hereby transfer all these rights to the Organizer as long as they are valid; The organizer has the right to freely use photos for promotional purposes.
3. The rights transferred above are fully transferable and will be transferable without my further involvement;
4. If necessary, I agree to undertake any action or sign any document necessary for the said transfer of rights to produce a legal effect;
5. The organizer will not be held responsible for any violation of copyright or related rights by any of the participants. If it turns out that the holder of the copyright or other rights is another person, i.e. that the participant of the contest has abused someone else’s rights, the participant of the contest undertakes to take full responsibility for such violation, and to eliminate, regulate, or settle all claims against the Organizer. in the shortest possible time, and that he will protect the Organizer in all permitted ways and fully indemnify him for all amounts if the Organizer is obligated to pay any payments to third parties and/or incurs any related costs.

LIABILITY AND LIABILITY EXCLUSION

The Organizer bears no responsibility for the consequences arising from incorrect or incorrect data provided by the Participant. The Organizer is not responsible for any failures or inaccuracies in the participant’s data that prevent the gift from being delivered (such as an incorrect address or first and last name), or for damages resulting from these reasons.

The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by disturbances in the functioning of the Instagram social network, i.e. if it is not available. Occasionally, it may happen that the service cannot be used for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. By accepting the conditions, the Participant is aware that the content, possibility, and speed of transmission of messages, data, and responses depend on the technical capabilities of the provider, and thus these elements may be adversely affected by the network load, and other factors, which are beyond the control of the Organizer, such as (not and exclusively) network congestion, coverage, connection errors as well as maintaining a secure connection online.

The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors or data entry errors during the operation of the competition and other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible if the website on which the Contest is located is temporarily out of function due to force majeure or circumstances, i.e. due to events beyond the Organizer’s control.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST

The contest can be terminated only in the case of force majeure, of which the participants will be immediately notified via a written notification on the organizer’s website and Instagram page.

OTHER

Participants accept full responsibility for any damage they cause to the Organizer during the competition by any violation of the Competition Rules. In case of violation of the provisions of the Competition Rules, the Organizer may deny any Participant the right to enter the competition.

These competition rules are available on the website https://jobs-feron.com/. The organizer reserves the right to amend or amend these conditions, or the competition itself.

The Organizer primarily wants to amicably settle any legal disputes with the Participants. The law of the Republic of Serbia is applicable in the application of the mentioned rules of the Competition. In the event of a dispute that the parties cannot resolve amicably, they have the right to turn to a competent court with appropriate powers.
