Nikola Biševac


His love for the culinary arts was born in 1999, when he spent all his free time among “pots and pans” in his uncle’s restaurant. He enrolled in the first private catering and tourism school in Belgrade. After graduating from school, he started working in one of the most famous hotels in Belgrade as an Assistant Chef in the cold kitchen and at the same time enrolled in the College of Vocational Studies. In the following years, Nikola’s biography goes upward, working in several prestigious restaurants.. He is one of the founders of the Culinary Federation of Serbia, President of Junior Chef Club Serbia and is currently the Chef at the elite restaurant Kolo. He is a participant and winner of numerous awards and international recognitions.
