Crew Purser

  • Ensure absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with PH rules as well as department SOP’s and supervisors directions.
  • Setting up and maintaining all self-service buffet areas ensuring each item is associated with the correct label. Including, if so instructed, working from behind the food lines.
  • Daily Menu is placed in preparation for every meal seating
  • Working area is set up and continuously replenished in accordance with direction from supervisor and pre-established standards and manuals.
  • Cleaning of working areas, buffet lines and operating equipment in accordance with company rules and standards.
