ENGINEER
Tasks:
• Retaining full knowledge of the Company standards and operating procedures
• Ensuring correct handling of all equipment, devices, and machinery
• Ensuring that defects are being reported to the Captain and Head office
• Compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Operate, services, and repair machines, drive system, and technical installations
• Proper handling of bunkering, disposal of sludge and waste
• Comply with specified maintenance intervals for machines and all technical installations
Your profile:
• Professional experience as an Engineer
• Technical education or qualification as a ship mechanical engineer
• Valid and stamped service record book for the position “Engineer “
• Knowledge of fuel management
• Good communication level in English or German
• Excellent leadership skills
• Familiar to work in a multicultural environment and a team player
• Strong sense of responsibility to others
