Café Attendant

  • Setting up and maintaining all self-service buffet areas ensuring each item is associated with the correct label. Including, if so instructed, working from behind the food lines.
  • Assisting food service behind the line as instructed using waffle machine as well as serving ice cream and dessert.
  • Serving beverages during meal period as instructed by supervisors following company safe alcohol serving policies.
  • Provide support to the assigned station by carrying large trays as the source of mice en place from and to different outlets
  • Cleaning of working areas, buffet lines operating equipment in accordance with company rules and standards.
