In this environment, stability, responsibility, and initiative are highly valued. Those who don’t seek shortcuts and understand that results come through work stand out. Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are what separate those who progress from those who stagnate. Technical skills can be improved through training, which is regular and available, but your approach to work and communication is noticed every day.
Working on board requires effort, but it offers a clear path for advancement to anyone seriously pursuing a career in an international setting.
