• Ensuring that operations in the kitchen run smoothly
• Preparing hot dishes for the buffet restaurant according to the Chef’s specifications
• Preparing and assistance for the show galley
• Control of storage rooms & goods
• Compliance with hygiene standards throughout the work area
• Help with loading
• Assist in carrying luggage
