Ensuring absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with Viking VSP rules as well as department SOP’s and supervisors directions.
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Collect used glassware, using correct racks and wash them in the dishwasher. Operate dishwasher according to instructions. Inspect glasses for damage and removes them from circulation if damaged.
Collect and transport a variety of supplies between stores and work areas. Place items in the appropriate location.
Participate with the bar staff in all activities required in opening and/or closing the bar.
