DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
Duties and responsibilities:
•Preparation of food according to the correct recipe.
•Assisting in all areas of the kitchen – breakfast, lunch and dinner.
•Ensuring the hygiene of the kitchen and work place.
•Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
•Have a good knowledge on health & safety, hygiene and HACCP.
•Attend training courses as and when required.
•Carry out any other duties as required by management.
Your profile:
•Fluency in English or German language
•Completed education in the hospitality department
•Experience in hotels or restaurants
