CHEF DE RANG
Duties and responsibilities:
•Welcoming guests and providing a courteous service.
•Responsible for the table setup.
•Being aware of the guest’s specific needs and dietary requirements and recommending suitable alternatives.
•Serving food and beverage items according to the standards and procedures.
•Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
•Have a good knowledge on health & safety, hygiene and HACCP.
•Carry out any other duties as required by management.
Your profile:
•Fluency in German language
•Experience in hotels or restaurants
•Excellent customer service skills
