HOST/ESS
Your tasks:
• Communicating all information about the trip, presenting the excursions offers and ship safety to the international guests
• Writing the daily program in English
• Announcements (safety, shore departure times and route information)
• Translation of the Welcome and Farewells, as well as the buffet inscriptions and the wine list if required
• Accompanying excursions with international guests and translating the information if necessary
• Assistance with selling excursions and organizing excursions
• Assistance with arrival and departure as well as with loadings
• Professional contact person and representative towards the guest
YOUR PROFILE:
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional experience on the same of similar position
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is an advantage
• A team player, reliable, flexible and resilient
