SOUS CHEF
Your tasks:
• Training and checking standards in food production and preparation
• Assisting Executive Chef in creating menu and other daily duties
• Following HACCP requirements and company standards
• Control of compliance with the menu of all meals specified in the standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and buffet area
• Managing of the food inventory
• Management of the kitchen staff
• Food cost control
Your profile:
• Completed vocational training as a chef
• Professional experience on the same position at sea, river or on land in the four-star area
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is an advantage
• HACCP and recipe knowledge
• A team player, reliable, flexible and resilient
