Requirements:
-Languages - English or German spoken and written
-Education / Training - Completed vocational training as chef


Professional experience:
-3 years of management experience in a comparable galley
- Controlling skills with regards to food costs, wastage and purchasing
- Administrative experience
- Hands-on approach to work
- Ship’s experience is an advantage
